What we collect
Your name, email, company and revenue stage, and the messages you send through the contact and booking forms. If analytics is enabled, we also collect basic usage data: pages visited, device type and approximate location.
Why we collect it
To reply to your inquiries, schedule and confirm calls, send reminders, and improve the site.
Where it’s stored
Your data is stored with Supabase (database) and delivered through Resend (email). It may be processed outside Canada.
How long we keep it
Inquiries and bookings are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data at any time by emailing contact@noahmerriby.com. Canadian visitors have rights under PIPEDA; visitors in the EU have rights under the GDPR.

We use only essential cookies, plus analytics cookies if analytics is enabled.
